Acne is result of blockage of pores by unwanted skin cells. It is most common skin problem that affects not only teenagers. Frequent washing often results in skin dryness and irritation which can make your acne situation even worse. Washing your face twice a day with a mild cleaner is most appropriate. Drinking enough water




Drinking large quantity of water each day is said to be beneficial treatment for acne sufferers in the way that water flushes out toxins accumulated in our bodies hence improves our skin conditions. How much water is needed for body to clean itself varies from one person to another. Try to drink at least eight glasses of water to flush out as many poisons as possible.

You can keep your acne treatment simple and natural by apply bath soap or foam products with natural herbal extracts. Olive leaves kills acne bacteria, tea tree oil helps to eliminate inflammation, and licorice root may be used to even skin tones.
